At TechPackHub, we strive to provide high-quality Techpack Development, Specsheet Creation, Flat Sketches, Print and Graphics, Branding Design Services, and Design Range Development. Our goal is to ensure client satisfaction with every service we deliver. However, due to the nature of our digital and custom design services, we have the following refund policy in place:

1. No Refunds on Completed Services

Since our services involve custom design and development tailored to your specific needs, we do not offer refunds once the work has been completed and delivered. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Techpack Development (once finalized and shared with the client)
  • Specsheet Creation
  • Flat Sketches & Fashion Illustrations
  • Print & Graphic Designs
  • Branding Design Services (logos, packaging, marketing materials, etc.)
  • Design Range Development

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Before Work Begins

  • If you request a cancellation before work has started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the stage of the process.
  • If our team has already started working on the project, a partial refund may be provided based on the percentage of work completed.

3. Revisions & Modifications

  • We offer a set number of free revisions based on your selected service package. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
  • If you are not satisfied with the initial draft, we encourage you to request revisions instead of a refund.

4. Refunds for Technical Issues or Errors

  • If there is an issue from our side, such as incomplete or incorrect delivery that does not match the agreed project scope, we will work to correct the issue at no additional cost.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

5. No Refunds for Client-Initiated Delays or Non-Responsiveness

  • If the client is unresponsive for more than 7 days after project initiation, the project will be considered completed, and no refunds will be issued.
  • If the client provides incomplete or incorrect information that leads to delays or errors, no refunds will be provided.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Filing a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in a permanent ban from using our services.
  • We reserve the right to take legal action if necessary.
