Refund & Cancellation Policy – TechPack Hub
TechPack Hub provides specialized, custom-built professional services for fashion brands and businesses. Our services include Tech Pack Development, Measurement Spec Sheets, Flat Sketches, Graphic Design, Branding, and Apparel Design Support.
Because our services involve significant expert time, resource allocation, and project planning from the moment of confirmation, the following policy applies to all engagements.
1. Advance Payment Policy
- Requirement: A minimum 50% advance payment is required to initiate any project.
- Non-Refundable Status: This advance payment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change in client requirements or expectations.
- Client-side budget or team changes.
- Internal decision disputes or project cancellation by the client.
- Delays in providing inputs or approvals from the client side.
- Purpose: The advance payment secures professional scheduling, dedicated labor, and the immediate initiation of technical work.
2. Scope of Work & Deliverables
- Strict Adherence: All services are executed according to the confirmed scope approved via email or written communication.
- Out-of-Scope Requests: Any requests beyond the initial agreement will be treated as a separate paid service with a new quotation and timeline.
- Technical vs. Creative: Please note that a Tech Pack is a technical documentation service, not a creative ideation service. Market research, trend forecasting, and concept development are separate services and are not included in standard Tech Pack packages unless explicitly stated.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not applicable if the client changes project requirements after confirmation, requests extra services beyond the agreed scope, or experiences dissatisfaction due to internal team miscommunication.
A refund may only be considered if:
- TechPack Hub fails to initiate the project.
- AND no work, planning, or resource allocation has started.
- AND there is a documented failure to deliver from our side.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure project success and maintain eligibility for support, clients must:
- Provide accurate technical inputs and final confirmations.
- Supply necessary reference materials at the start of the project.
- Review and approve project stages within the agreed-upon timelines.
- Maintain all formal communication in writing.
Note: Failure to provide timely feedback or inputs does not justify a refund or a cancellation of the payment balance.
5. Responsibility & Liability
TechPack Hub is committed to delivering professional, factory-ready documentation based on the agreed scope. However, we are not responsible for:
- Subjective creative preferences or “change of heart”.
- Manufacturing or production outcomes (e.g., factory errors).
- Business losses or external market decisions.
By engaging with TechPack Hub services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
